Under 7's Program

Focusing on the FUN-damentals of sport; running, jumping, throwing, catching and hitting.

This play-based class will teach children how to work together as a team and practice the most important motor-skills for their development.

Orange Ball Age 7-10

Once children reach this age, we focus on balls that bounce a little higher, but that are still soft to help their development.

Using the same principles as the younger class, this group of players will learn more technique specific to tennis shots and learn how to rally and play together. 

Most Popular Adult Clinics

Beginner Class

Aimed at players new to the game.

Learn the tennis strokes one step at a time; groundstrokes, volleys and serves. All integral parts to become a complete player.


Monday and Wednesday at 6-7pm

Improver Class

A tennis clinic for intermediate players who have been away from the game for a while and those who want a refresher on techniques and tactics.

The session involves professional coaching and drills designed to find your best level.


Monday and Wednesday at 7-8pm

Advanced Drills

You can already hold you own on court, but you want to improve your tactics and court positioning.

Drills will be based on points and matchplay scenarios.

A more active tennis clinic for improver players than the evening sessions.


A tennis clinic for players who have been away from the game for a while who want a refresher on techniques and tactics.

The session involves professional coaching and drills designed to find your best level, focusing on stroke production, tactics and points play. 


Saturday 9-10.30am

Community fitness class

High Energy Cardio Tennis

You will burn calories in this unique one-hour tennis workout designed to challenge you with high energy games.

The best thing is, you'll be having so much fun, you won't even notice you're working out.

Don't forget to bring your heart rate monitor or smart watch to keep track of that calorie count!
